会、军事、地理、哲学、宗教、语言、历史及风物等领域的研究学科, 跨越自然、社会和人文学科。文章重点
从社会文化人类学的角度, 追述西方对中国乡村研究的历程, 讨论其主要著作、理论、研究方法、最新研
究动态、热点与争议及代表性学者(包括海外华人学者)。 |

| ThesystematicstudyofChinesesocietyintheweststartedaftertheRenaissanceandIndustrialRevolution.It
camewiththecolonialexpansionofthewesternpowers.Itwaspromotedandsupportedbytherulersofthecountriesinthe
west.IthasdevelopedintoafieldofstudyonChina' spolitics, economics, culture, society, military, geography, philosophy,
religion, language, historyandcustomsandetc.Itinvolvesnatural, socialandhumanitysciences.ThispaperreviewsthestudyofruralChinainthewestfrom
theperspectivesofsocio-culturalanthropologyanddiscussesitsmajortheories,
methods, developmenttrends, hottopicsanddebates, representativescholars(includingoverseaChinesescholars)
andtheirworks. |
