| 文章以兰考县五乡五村为例, 对2003— 2009年农民合作经济组织发展进行考察。农民合作
经济组织在提高耕地规模经营和利用率、增加农业收入、改善社会关系、形成主导产业生态化等方面, 与
小农经济具有质的区别;其发展仍然处于初级阶段, 表现在村两委主导型、能人带动型、公司+协会+农
户型、股份制公司型等四种合作社类型在结构和功能上均存在一定的不足。农民合作经济组织的发展,
内因在于农民合作发展与农村能人带动的对立统一、农民合作经济组织与农村基层组织的对立统一的
本质规定, 外因在于以宏观政策为主导、市场经济为主体的外部环境、条件的改善。本研究提出了国家
应坚定农民合作经济组织的建设实践方向等建议。 |

| Thisarticlediscussesthedevelopmentoffarmerscooperativeeconomicorganizationsonthebasisofempirical
researchonfivecooperativesofLankaoCounty, HenanProvince.Farmerscooperativeeconomicorganizationsarequalitativelydifferentfromsmallscalepeasanteconomyintheaspectsofimprovinglandusescal
eandefficiency, increasingrural
incomes, improvingsocialrelations, leadingindustrialecosystems.However, itsdevelopmentisstillinitsinfancy, becausesomedeficienciesexistedinthestructureandfunctionsofitsfourcooperativetypes,
namelythevillagecommitteeoriented,
elite-driven, company＆ association＆ farmertype, andjoint-stockcorporatecooperatives.Theinternalagentofthe
developmentoffarmerscooperativeeconomicorganizationsistheunityofoppositesbetweenruralcooperativedevelopment
andruralelite-driven.Theexternalcauseismainlyabouttheimprovementoftheexternalenvironmentincludingmacroeconomicpolicy-
oriented, marketeconomyasthesubject.Intheend, someadvicesareproposedthatgovernmentshould
strengthenthepracticeoffarmerscooperativeeconomicorganizations |
