| 知情权、参与权、决策权、受益权等权利是文化拥有者的基本权利。当前在少数民族文化产
业化过程中, 这些权利往往是被忽视的。这种发展不符合科学发展观的要求, 不仅违背公平原则, 而且
使文化的传承和保护面临着更大的风险。因此, 政府在促进文化产业化发展中, 应该制定相关政策, 切
实保护少数民族的文化权利。 |

| Rightstoknow, rightstoparticipation, rightstomakedecisionandrightstogetbenefitarethebasicrightsto
theownerofthelocalcultureinethnicminorities.Innowadays, duringtheimplementationprocessoflocalculturalindustrializationofethnicminorities,
theserightsarealwaystobeignored, whicharenotkeepingwiththerequirementsofscientificoutlookofdevelopment,
notonlyviolatingthefairprinciple, butalsobringingoutmuchriskofthesuccessionandprotectionforthelocalculture.
Therefore, thegovernmentshouldmaketherelatedpolicytodeeplyensuretheculturerightsof
theethnicminoritiesintheprocedureofdevelopingculturalindustrialization |
