| 2008 年我国农产品贸易逆差剧增至181.6 亿美元, 远远超过此前各年的逆差水平。文章从
进出口贸易结构、产品结构和重点产品价格及数量的角度对此次农产品贸易逆差的形成进行了结构分
析, 并采用贡献率测算的方法分析了重点农产品进口中价格的作用。研究结果表明, 2008 年我国农产
品贸易逆差急剧扩大是进口价格驱动下形成的短期现象, 应理性看待。建议积极促进出口贸易的发展,
完善农产品进口预警和防御的快速反应机制, 以避免农产品贸易逆差剧增现象的发生。 |

| China' s agricultural trade deficit jumped to a record of ＄18 .16 billion in 2008 , far more than the deficit before
.The authors analy sis this problem based o n the perspective of impor t and expor t structure , product structure as well
as the price and volume of important agricultural products.The authors also analyze the contribution of price in increase of
the value of important agricultural products.The results show that the rapid ex pansion of ag ricultural trade deficit in 2008
is a short-term phenomenon , which is driven by the surg ed price of impor t agricultural products, the authors suggest people
should have an objective attitude to it .China should take an active par t to promote the development of ex port , improve
the early war ning and rapid response defense mechanism of agricultural imports to avoid agricultural trade deficit increase
sharply in the future . |
