| 文章以业主维权运动为线索, 尝试揭示中国社会转型过程中特定群体认同即业主社会认同
的塑造过程。在新兴的商品房社区, 通过市场上的购房行为而形成社区群体的业主, 互相之间缺乏先在
的地缘、业缘连带, 而维权运动凸显了业主群体的共同命运和共同利益, 提供了建构业主社会认同的契机。 |

| Taking homeow ners' rig hts protest as clue , this paper is presumed to uncover the mechanism o f the constructio
n of homeow ners' social identity , which is seen as one kind of group identity in so cial transformation of China .In burgeoning
commodity housing community , the homeowners , who constitute a community g roup through market house purchasing
, lack prior bonds based on space o r o ccupa tio n.However , the rights pro tests w hich highlight homeowners' sharing
fate and collective benefit provide a chance to construct homeow ners' social identity . |
