治发展的冲击和影响往往充满了悖论和不均衡的色彩。就非洲而言, 全球化一方面从整体上极大地推
动了非洲政治民主变革的步伐, 促进了政治发展;另一方面也加剧了一些国家政治和社会的动荡, 造成
了政治衰败或政治不发展。 |

| Globalization is no t only the pure eco nomic globalization , but a more complex one .I ts influence has long transcent
the field of primitive economic level and entered into the more deep-rooted political and culture level.Due to the differences
of economic development level and political development process , the impact and influence of g lobalization on different
regions and different countries are o ften contrary to each other and unbalanced .As far as Africa is concer ned, globalization,
o n the o ne hand, has g reatly pushed forw ard Africa' s democratic transition in general and hence promoted
Africa' s political development.However , on the other hand, g lobalization has also aggravated the political and social chaos
in some African countries and hence caused the political decline o r political undevelopment |
