文章从招聘现场、求职者、招聘者、招聘广告、人才市场工作人员、人事经理、高校BBS 论坛以及追踪的个案八个方面收集关于失业大学生的第一手资料, 采用扎根研究的方法, 通过三级编码发展出相应的理论。“ 窘迫经济” 理论界定了这一特殊社会群体的经济状况。情绪反应理论总结了这一社会群体的主要情绪反应。这些扎根理论对认识失业大学生这一新的社会群体有一定的参考价值。

英文摘要:

The grounded research about unemployed graduates w as based on the firsthand information from eight aspects, such as the recruitment sites , job seekers, recruiters, recruitment adver tising , the staff of the human resource market , personnel managers, collegial BBS and cases of the unemployed graduates .Two theories were developed on the Living conditio ns of the unemployed g raduates.One was the “ economic distress” theo ry , which expatiated the state of the eco nomy about the special so cial g roup ;the o ther was the “emotional respo nse” theory , w hich summed up the main emotional reactions of this group.This grounded theo ry provided a reference guide to know the group of the unemploy ed graduates. The result showed that college graduates with employment difficulties had more negative psy chological characteristics than the control g roup.They always used “ take a shortcut” as their job search strategies and had ambivalence :On the one hand , they w ould like to reduce demands by force of the reality ;on the o ther hand , they wouldn' t give up the “elite complex” .They didn' t attach impor tance to the organizational structure , grow th and development , wor king enviro nment , colleagues' relation , security and training as the impor tant wo rk values.Compared with the contro l g roup , the general self-efficacy and the mo tivation to succeed of the g raduates w ith employment difficulties were significantly low er ;the total score of the SCL-90 w as significantly hig her .I n other w ords , the graduates with employment difficulties faced mo re psychological problems .Acco rding to these characteristics of the g radua tes with employment difficulties, w e should development correspo nding strateg ies and countermeasures to help them in vocational guidance and career counseling .
