以《沧浪之水》为分析蓝本, 认为“ 官场化” 权力的日常运作酝酿了腐败。所谓“ 官场” 乃权力运作的核心场域, 是以权力运作为核心建构起来的“ 关系丛” ——— 结构,“ 官场” 还建构着人们的生存态度, 并且作为结构的“ 官场” 与其建构的生存态度的互动使“ 官场” 能够不断地实现再生产。腐败的可怕在于“ 官场化” 的逻辑和生存态度向社会各领域的弥散, 公权力系统中的腐败向私人领域侵入, 导致的将是公权力系统和私人生活的双重腐败, 腐败在一种日常生活式的场景中不断地被再生产和强化。私人生活与公权力领域的双向恶性互动、建构形成了腐败的动力学机制, 并且导致了腐败在相当大的程度上被去道德化了。法律如何建构公正的体制以及控制和对待权力的日常运作, 将关系到反腐败的成败。

英文摘要:

Taking “ The wavy water” as a blueprint for the analysis , the author believes that it is the daily interaction of the pow er “ officialdom” creates the co rruption.The so-called “ officialdom” is the core of the pow er interaction, which is built up by “ relationship beam” ——— structure.The “officialdom” also contributes people' s living attitudes and realizes reproduction by interacting between these tw o .The ter rible truth of cor ruptio n is the dispersion of “officialdom” lo gic and living attitudes to all areas of the society .The co rruption in the public power system disperse to the priva te sphere leads the double-co rruption in both public pow er sy stem and private life-style and so the corruptio n is constantly reproducing and enhancing in a daily life-style contex t .
