赋的, 而是争的” 。认为在集体林权改革过程中, 需要注意集体林权改革的复杂性和森林的多功能性, 理
解林权以当地人可触及的方式存在于人们生活中, 需要赋予当地社区群众争取权利的空间和制度平台。 |

| This manuscript displayed a complex process of confirmation of tenure right of matstutake mushroom hills at
the Nanhua county of Yunnan province with mixture of traditional tenure arrang ement and modern norms through case
studies at 4 Yi minority natural villages w ith data co llectio n approach of Participatory Rural Appraisal .The rational of this
ar rangement w as analyzed through its benefit distribution mechanism .Rights of forests are hardly given by somebody but
farmers have to fight for their ow n right .I t is recommended to on-going collective tenure refo rm tha t complex of tenure
ar rangement and multi-functions of forests should be considered , right ar rangement should be tangible in people' s daily
life , the reform should create more space and provide institutio nal platform for local people to contend for right and interests. |
