| 在改革开放30 周年之际, 运用制度经济学的制度变迁等理论, 本着重论简史的基调, 对我国
农村30 年的政治制度变革过程进行了粗线条的回顾, 并着重对改革兴起的诱因、变革演进的内在机理、
这场变革的成就和问题进行了分析总结, 在评价相关研究的同时, 系统地形成了自己的看法。最后, 提
出了进一步推进改革的对策。 |

| Since 1978, Chinese rural political institution refo rm has lasted for 30 years.What had taken place w ithin the
30 years? How did the institutional chang es happen at the beginning ? What was its mechanism of the institutional
changes?What were the performance and problems left ? To answer these questions, the paper promoted its own view point
by comment on former literature and on the mentioned institutional changes.An end, countermeasures was given to improve
the rural political institutional chang es . |
