文章采用OECD 农业政策评价方法, 系统梳理了当前我国农业政策, 以2000 — 2006 年为时间区间, 测算了我国农业政策支持水平。结果表明, 我国农业政策支持总量呈上升趋势, 但支持结构不尽合理, 对农业生产者的直接支持较少, 偏好于一般服务支持。建议政府进一步调整优化农业政策结构, 提高农业政策效果。

Using OECD agricultural policy ev eluation Method, this paper has sor ted out china current ag ricultural policy systematically .The writer has measured china ag ricultural policy support level by taking as the time section, the results show that china ag ricultural policy support presents upward trend in total quantity , but the support structure is quite unreasonable , that is , directsuppo rt less for agricultural pro ducers and preference to the general service support .I t is sugg ested that the go vernvment shouldfurther adjust and optimize the structure of agricultural policy to improve the effect of ag ricultural policy support .
