| 承包地是维护农民基本生存的保障, 但农民始终面临将土地兑换成现金的巨大诱惑与冲动。
即使是按照“ 自愿有偿的原则” 流转农民的土地, 大量失地的农民若无法被城镇有效吸纳, 仍然滞留于农
村, 就将演化成一个庞大的“ 贫农”阶层。由于土地流转而带来的新的社会分化将可能产生对抗性的社
会矛盾, 引发农村社会阶层甚至阶级的冲突。 |

| Contracted land is the indemnity fo r farmer' s survival.But farmers have always been faced w ith the temptation
of conv er ting the land into cash .Even the farmers' land transference is according to the paid and voluntary principal, lo ts
of farmers w ho can' t be absorbed well by town and then still stay in the country w ithout land w ill be changed into a huge
poor peasant stratum .The new social stratification caused by land transference will probably leads to opposable social stratum
, which w ill bring about conflict between the rural classes. |
