文章通过对贵州湄潭农村的调查, 发现熟人社会治理的一个基本特点是拟亲化, 即在熟人社会存在广泛的人情, 人情的功能之一是界定熟人社会中的自己人, 一旦成为熟人社会的自己人, 则相互之间就要给面子, 就要讲人情, 讲感情。在新中国国家权力深入基层社会时, 村组干部不仅凭借自己人来维持乡村社会的基础秩序, 而且借此来完成国家任务。村组干部甚至主动通过扩大人情往来, 将更多村民纳入自己人的范围, 由此获得通过自己人治理的能力。

英文摘要:

This thesis finds out simulant-intimate , according to the recent survey in the country side in Meitan county , is a basic characteristic o f Governance in acquaintance society .Simulant-intimate means the favo r asso ciation exists in acquaintance society extensivly and one of its functions is to definite people on one' s own side in this socie ty .As a man on o ne' s ow n side , we should deal w ith the relationship in terms o f face , favo r association and feeling .The village cadres utilized favor association to maintain the order of the local area and accomplish the stated tax revenue .I n order to get and enlarg e their capability to govern the rural society , the village cadres would expand the favor association which can let more and more villagers become the people on o ne' s ow n.
