一提到物物交换, 人们一般会想到它是原始社会时期的存在物, 然而就在今天, 在社会主义市场经济条件下, 物物交换又在一些乡村蓬勃发展起来。它到底是商品交换形式的复古还是农民为适应市场经济而做出的选择? 许多人类学家对交换和市场做了大量的研究, 但是关于市场经济条件下的物物交换方面的系统研究则较少。笔者通过对河北冀南乡村的田野调查掌握了大量的物物交换的第一手资料, 通过分析这些资料发现物物交换经济是在农民缺少货币资源的情况下对市场经济的适应, 同时也是农民在市场经济中处于弱势地位的一个表现。只要农民的弱势地位没有改变, 那么物物交换就有其存在的必要性。同时, 现代企业利用物物交换开发农村市场的事实也说明物物交换并非是与市场经济背道而驰的, 而可以成为当代市场经济的一部分。

英文摘要:

As is mentio ned, barter is generally recognized as just existence in primitive society .However , in the market economy in Socialist China today , barter thrives miraculously in some rural areas .I s it a reoccurring of a commodity exchange form or a choice for farmers to achieve better adaptation to the market economy ? Previously , anthropologists have already done lots of relev ant researches about the ex change and the market , but limited systematic research on barter in market economy .Throug h the fieldwor k under taken in the south of Hebei Province , the author has got abundant firsthand knowledge about barter , and draw s the conclusio n tha t bar ter is an adaption to the market economy of farmers w hen they lack of money , and fur ther mo re, it is also a reflectio n o f farmers' weak position.Thus , as long as the weak position of farmers has not yet been changed , barter has sufficient reasons fo r its existence .At the same time , the phenomena that some modern co rporations develop the county market by using bar ter show s that bar ter can be view ed as a active part of market economy .
