文章通过对福建一个乡村社区林业变革历史、尤其是近年林权改革具体操作过程的细致描述, 展现出林改在一个具体地方引发的农民行为的改变, 并初步探讨了这种改变对农家收入、乡村环境的影响, 以及经济与生态这两个问题的一致与冲突。

英文摘要:

This paper is about the collective forestry refo rm history in a villag e of Fujian Pro vince , especially the concrete measures and methods of its recent years' reform .In the course of this description , the authors ex amine how the recent reform changes the action of the villagers, and how these action changes influence the villagers' income and the rural environment around them .To the policy-makers of the reform , we suggest that w e should pay mo re attentio n to the cong ruence of , especially the conflict between economical and ecological effects of collective forestry reform .
