文章讨论国内外学界关于性服务者的热点问题:她们涉行之被强制性抑或自愿性、卖淫之原因、性服务者的流动, 以及她们的主体性与权利等。并根据笔者在中国的田野调查和跨学科防病经验, 探讨获知女性性服务者从流出地到性服务场所, 以及跨地域转移等“ 作为文化的组织” 的特征, 以及理解多样性族群文化对有效进行艾滋病防治与干预的必要性与应用意义。

英文摘要:

This paper discusses a number of ho tly debated issues regarding to sex wo rk in the Chinese as well as internatio nal academic circles :the forced and voluntary prostitution , sex w orkers' mo tivation, mobility , ag ency and rights. Draw ing upon the first-hand sources collected through interdisciplinary collabo ratio n, we examine female sex workers' geog raphic mig ration, occupational mobility as well as the sex industry in China as a “ cultural org anization” .This paper further argues that effective HIV/AIDS prevention and intervention projects must be based on sound understanding of the variety and diversity of the cultural norms of different ethnic g roups.
