| 通过对北京市建筑业农民工进行问卷调查, 我们发现, 建筑业农民工以中青年男性劳动力为
主, 且收入水平较低, 掌握技能的水平和受教育程度普遍偏低。另外, 通过建筑业农民工收入的影响因
素的分析, 依据数据初步建立了模型, 在经过一系列的检验修正与再估计后, 确定了影响农民工收入的
因素模型。文章研究结论是建筑业农民工收入的影响因素主要是农民工的年龄、受教育程度和是否掌
握技能, 并提出了加大对农民工进行技能培训等建议。 |

| By the means of questionnaire investigation , w e find architectural industry Peasant-w orkers in Beijing city are
y oung male labor forces in majority , their incomes, technical level, educational deg ree are comparatively low .I n addition,
through metrical study on Influencing factors of architectural industry peasant-wo rkers' income, w e confirm Influencing
factors model of peasant-w orkers' income .Our study conclusion is I nfluencing facto rs model of Peasant-wor kers' Income
are age , educatio nal deg ree , technical level , and meanwhile , government must take measures to improve their technical
