类的共同体, 社区是在社会的自然发展过程中形成的, 是作为生命个体的人类彼此相互的基本需要, 在
本质上它把个体连接在一起, 通过参与共同体事务, 为共同体服务来满足个体的生存和发展的需要, 它
也是公民社会的形式和表现形态之一。社区的要素包括区位、人群、组织、共同的意识等。 |

| This paper defines the meanings of community based on looking at the history bo th of community development
and the thoughts of community .As basic need fo r human beings , community has its ow n development process and can organize
individuals to participate in public affairs, to meet the needs of individual development and survival.Community is
also o ne of sty le of civil societal o rganizations .The elements of community include locatio n, g roups, organizations and
common sense . |
