| This article ex amines the term cultural diversity and the challenge the concept faces .Drawing on the historical
development of relevant concepts w ith regard to human diversity , this article arg ues that cultural diversity as a term practiced
to understand racial and ethnic phenomena may actually produce meaning as racialization of culture . |
