| 农民组织是创造农民合作空间、促进农村社区发展的有效途径。在外部力量推动下成立的
农民组织往往需要一个本土化的融合过程，根据农民组织成立的缘起，可将其划分为内生性和嵌入性农
民组织。借用此分析框架，文章以某村基于项目而成立的社区发展委员会这一嵌入性农民组织为研究
对象，剖析了其成立过程、开展活动、发挥作用、运行困境，认为嵌入性农民组织发展的先决条件是社区
农民的内部动力。 |

| The farmer organization is a good way to give farmers a cooperation spaces and develop rural community. The
farmer organization which formed with the support from the outside of community needs a process of localization. So the
farmer organization can be divided into two types that one is endigenous farmer organization and the other is embedded
farmer organization. Based on the case study of community development committee of a certain natural village, the re-
search analyzed its development process including the foundation, activities, impacts and puzzledoms relied on this frame-
work. The conclusion is the motivation from the community which is the key factor of the development of embedded
farmer organization. |
