| 转型背景下的城乡发展不均衡凸显了城乡融合研究的重要战略意义。中国福利场域长期存
在鲜明的城乡二元格局，而福利三角视野下的城乡社会保障衔接建构了国家一市场一社会三者联动机
制，使消解与重构成为可能。福利三角的政策意涵在于为这一中国式命题提供了公平保障一自主选择
一团结共有的价值链条，互构出一个三者协作团结的制度框架。它为消解与重构中国城乡二元化的社
会保障制度提供了一条切实的制度路径。 |

| The disequilibrium between urbane and rural society has been of strategic significance under the background of
social transition. It exists duality chronically in Chinese welfare area, and welfare triangle provides us a dynamic mecha-
nism in reconstructing a new social security system, making deconstruction and reconstruction of original mechanism possi-
61e. The meaningful bearing of the welfare triangle lies in that it puts up a value interlinkage of justice-security, free-
choice, and solidarity-communion. Through such a path, an institution frame of triangle-collaboration offers a feasible
route in reconstructing a system of conformity. |
