| 在问卷资料的基础上, 本文利用密切值法, 通过设计相应的评价指标, 分析评价了山东省32
家农业龙头企业的技术创新能力, 企业创新能力的大小呈现了明显的行业特征。同时问卷资料也表明
了资金、企业的技术水平、关键技术人员、主要领导的支持、企业的战略是影响企业创新能力大小的关键
内部因素, 政府的政策是影响企业创新能力的首要外部因素。 |

| Using questionnaire data, this paper evaluates technological innovation capability of 32 leading enterprises in ag
ricultural industrialization of Shandong province with osculating method .There are obvious industry characters of the
technological innovation capability .The key inner factors w hich influence the technological innov atio n capability are capital,
the techno logical level, key R&D talents, support of central leaders and enterprise' s strategy .Gover nment policy is
the most impo rtant outer influence factor . |
