| 土地制度作为我国农村基本制度的核心, 其运行对农民的经济与社会生活产生直接影响, 其
中尤以土地征用的制度影响最为显著。文章在回顾我国土地改革历程以及土地征用历程的基础上, 结
合实地调研的数据进行实证分析, 透过政治经济学的视角尝试性地对土地征用制度与城乡贫富分化之
间的关系进行阐述, 以揭示在土地征用过程中, 土地利益分配的严重失衡是造成农村与城市地区贫富分
化日益严重的直接原因。 |
