中文摘要:

中国改革开放以来, 特殊主义和普遍主义同时在乡村社会关系中发挥重要的作用, 并呈现出此消彼长的特征。由于传统与现代因素的交织作用, 社会关系在特殊主义和普遍主义之间存在着对抗与矛盾, 任何一种取向的社会关系都存在一定的问题。由此来透视目前乡村社会关系的现状, 我们也看到了社会信任、社会资本以及社会秩序所存在的问题。因此, 必须在正确对待特殊主义社会关系的同时, 有效地发展出一种普遍主义取向的社会关系, 以实现乡村社会关系的和谐, 从而重建乡村的信任关系、社会资本以及社会秩序, 进而推动当前新乡村建设的顺利进行。

英文摘要:

Since China' s reform and opening to the outside w orld , particularism and universalism bo th have played an impo rtant role in rural social relations and show ed the characteristic of one rising after another .Owing to the interweaving effect of traditional and mo dern factors , there is co nfronts and co nflicts between par ticularism and universalism .Any kind of social relations has cer tain problems.Looking at the present situation of rural social relation clearly from this point of view , w e can find the problems in social trust , social capital and so cial order .Therefore , while properly handle particularism , we should develop effectively a social relation of universalism to realize the harmony of village relatio n, rebuild social trust, social capital and social o rder in villag es in o rder to promo te the smoo th process of rural reconstructio n.
