容、主要途径以及成本与效率。农村打工者到外地打工, 导致原来所承担的家庭和社会角色弱化或缺
失, 但通过互动可一定程度上使其家庭和社区的经济功能和社会功能得以继续和发展。为打工者与家
庭互动提供更多的平台, 降低其互动成本, 促进农村剩余劳动力更有序地转移。 |

| Based on the mobility of rural families and communities, this paper analy zed the content , the approaches, the
cost and the efficiency of interaction betw een mig rant wo rkers and their families & communities .Peasants' migration out
for work has w eakened their role in their families and communities, but interactions remain than they can use these interactions
to co ntinue to maintain their eco nomic and social functions .Therefore , efficient and cost-effective platforms fo r interaction
betw een migrant workers and their families could make rural surplus labor transfer run more smoothly . |
