| 在中国, 原住民泛指居住在边疆地区被称为“ 少数民族” 的群体, 虽然有东突厥等民族(原住
民)问题时而显露, 但在社会主义“ 多元一体化” 的格局中, 开始于20 世纪60 年代, 到20 世纪80 年代发
展成为世界规模的原住民运动在我们眼中可被视为他者的话语。文章缜密论述了谁是原住民, 较为全
面地网罗了各国原住民运动的历史、现状, 展望了不容乐观的未来。并就此评判自身所处的日本文化人
类学界佯装“ 客观” 进行所谓“ 非政治” 研究, 指出文化人类学应该追究研究的意义和结果, 尽到学术的道
义责任, 避免应用人类学御用于同化政策的倾向。显而易见, 文章试图从人类学的角度阐释世界范围内
存在的原住民政治地位问题。 |

| In China I ndigenous people refers to the “national minority” who inhabit the frontier area .Althoug h there are
occasionally rebellions among the east Turkish peo ple the Chinese socialist government making effor ts to address some of
the contentious cultural issues and promo te multiculturalism .The indigenous mo vement that star ted in the 1960' s and
flourished in the 80' s , has not taken place to the same ex tent in China and seems to be an issue unrelated to China because
w e are under a unified multi-element pattern of nationality .The author analyzed w ho the indig enous people are , making a
relatively thoroug h review o f the history and the current situation of indigenous mov ements around the world.This paper
has a pessimistic view about future o f indigenous relations.In that connection the author criticized Japanese anthropo logists
w ho pretend to w ork “ objectively” and make no n-political studies.The autho r believes that cultural anthropology should
investigate the significance and the result as academic studies, and fulfill their moral and justice responsibilities.The author
criticizes the tendency that applied anthropology serv es as a tool of the assimila tio n policy , and as an anthropolog ist ,
a ttempts to g ive an explanation of the political status of the indigenous people based on a global perspective . |
