| According to the authors , it is impor tant to improve college students' all-round capabilities in the new era .This paper
makes an account of how the “ management communications” course has helped students better understand the others, improving their
listening and comprehension skills and handling conflicts with o thers.I t is concluded that it is an effective means to use the open class
courses to improve college students' comprehensive qualifications |
