| 文章从多元性及差异性角度入手, 就《农民视角的新农村建设》一书鲜明的实证性, 讨论农村“ 信息孤
岛” 现象及农民信息接受环境的贫困化。由此, 作者认为, 所谓“ 农民视角” 即多元性视角, 而只有承认新农村建设
农民主体性的绝对重要, 才可能直面以差异性为主要特性的多元性, 研究差异, 研究多元, 使“ 三农” 研究乃至新农
村建设真正回归农民主体, 并由此做到务实求真。 |

| This paper talks about , from the pluralism/ difference perspective , the impo verished information-receiving environment fo r
farmers and the situation of isolated ' information island' of the villages as disclosed with empirical evidence by the book “Build a New
Countryside , from Farmer' s Perspective” .Based on this, the autho r maintains that the farmer' s perspective , i.e , the pluralism perspective
, has to be adopted to face with the gaps, dealing with gaps , and acknow ledging farmer' s absolute principal player position in
the new countryside building strive .Only with these , can the “ three rural issues” study and the new countryside initiativ e really center
around the farmers , and a down-to-ear th and facing-the-truth attitude be assumed . |
