| 文章认为造成农民贫困现象的原因是多方面的, 但不合理的制度是重要原因之一, 农民贫困在很大程
度上, 源于主流社会设计的不合理制度。因此研究农民的贫困现象, 必须要研究不合理制度对农民利益的剥夺。
文章分析了针对农民的不合理制度的表现形式, 提出建设社会主义新农村必须要进行制度创新, 赋予农民与市民
平等的权利。 |

| The ar ticle maintains that there are multiple reasons for the poverty of farmers, and biased po licy is a majo r one .To a large
degree , farmer' s po verty is a result of the flaw ed mainstream system desig n.Therefore , the research of farmer' po verty necessitates
the study of deprival of farmer' s rights and benefits.This paper profiles the form of flawed policies against the farmers , claiming that
institutional innovatio n has to be done so as to empow er farmers w ith equal rig hts and benefits. |
