| 文章根据2005 年和2004 年的最新统计数据, 从教育经费总支出和人均教育经费两方面入手, 运用经
济学中的洛伦茨曲线及基尼系数理论, 测出普通中学和小学的教育经费中公共支出部分在各地区之间配置分布的
基尼系数分别为0.314 2 和0.332 3, 并分析了人均教育资源在我国各地区呈现出巨大差距的成因, 提出了缩小差
距的政策建议。 |

| Based o n the latest statistical data of 2004 -2005 , and utilizing Lorenz Curve as well as through the Guinea Coefficient
f rom two aspects of to tal disburses and the average education funds, the authors de termine that the general middle school and elementary
school' s Guinea Coefficient of public educatio n funds assignment between various areas is 0.314 2 and 0 .332 3.Causes are analy
zed on why this huge disparity , and several policy sugg estions are made on how to reduce the disparity . |
