| 随着我国社会主义市场经济的建立和加入WTO 的新形势, 我国现行的以政府为主体的农业科技推广
体系已显现出不足, 主要表现为推广体系不够完善, 成果转化率低, 科研、教育、推广三者之间衔接不紧密等。文章
分析了我国农业大学进行科技推广的优势, 构建了以大学为依托的农业科技推广体系的基本框架和基本体系, 并
进行实证分析, 提出了建立以大学为依托的农业科技推广体系的政策建议。 |

| With the establishment of a socialist market economy and under the new situation of WTO , the existing agricultural scitech
ex tension system with the government as main carrier has show n its shor tcomings, which are show n mainly as imperfect ex tension
sy stem , low conversion ra te fo r the achievements, loose connection among scientific research , education and ex tension .This paper
analyses the practice and advantages of the sci-tech sy stem operated by the agricultural universities, making a po licy proposal of
setting up the basic framewor k and system of ag ricultural sci-tech ex tensio n system based o n agricultural universities.Some empirical
w ork is also done here . |
