| 文章调查了全国2 086 个县级农机推广机构, 分析了我国县级农机推广机构的现状, 认为当前县级农机
推广机构存在着投入不足、基础设施落后、人才匮乏、管理体制不完善、区域发展不平衡等问题。同时, 文章分析了
县级农机推广建设的三种模式, 并针对我国县级农机推广机构存在的问题, 提出了相应的政策措施, 指出要以科学
发展观和社会主义新农村建设统领农机推广机构建设, 深化改革, 加大建设, 促进农机化快速健康发展, 促进粮食
增产、农业增效和农民增收。 |

| The authors make an analysis of the current situation of 2 086 county-level ex tension institutions for ag ricultural mechanization
technology based o n a survey to them , finding problems like insufficient investment , under-developed infrastructure , short of
talents & ex pertise , inefficient management system and unbalanced development in different areas o r provinces.The autho rs put forw
ard three development models for the county-level ex tension institutions.Measures suggested by the authors to resolve those problems
include fur ther reform of the extension system guided by the ” scientific development view” and the new country side construction
, speeding up the healthy development of ag ricultural mechanization , improving crop yield , agriculture efficiency and farmers'
profit . |
