| 推进农村可持续发展的重要途径在于加大高新技术和适用技术要素的投入, 加强农业技术的示范和推
广, 促进农业生产和农村人居环境的生态化。我国近20 多年的发展经验表明, 适当的科技政策创新是促进农村可
持续发展的有力杠杆和重要举措。然而, 随着我国社会经济的快速持续发展和城镇化进程的加快, 社会主义新农
村建设规划的提出, 水资源短缺、耕地减少、环境污染等却使我国农村可持续发展面临严峻的资源环境压力和巨大
挑战。为此, 我们应以科学发展观为指导, 以促进农村可持续发展为目标, 完善农业科技创新体系, 推进参与式管
理, 加强国际科技合作, 尽快调整国家科技战略重点, 实现科技资源的集成整合, 全面推进农村社会的可持续发展。 |

| The impor tant route in promoting sustaining development of rural area is increasing input of the high-tech and applied technological
element , and strengthening ag ricultural technology demonstration and ex tensio n and impro ving ag ricultural producing and
the living conditions of rural area .The appro priate S &T policy is a stro ng tool in promo ting sustaining development of rural area , and
it is the China experiences in 20 years.However the sustaining development of rural area in our country is confronted with severe
challenge , so we must adjust the national S &T key stone strategically and innovate related S &T policy , improve ag ricultural S &T innovation
sy stem , push participatio n management and strengthen inter national S&T cooperation by scientific development theory and
the goal in promo ting sustaining development of rural area . |
