| More and more cases of payment arrears to migrant workers are appearing , which gravely trample on the right of living and development
of migrant rural workers , also breaching the legal order in the labor sector and the society as a whole , posing a great challenge to the
credibility of law among the public .The National Congress should institute a law in this regard, constructing a legal system to ensure the payment
to migrant rural workers, resolving the payment arrears to migrant workers with an iron fist . |
