| The actual situation in the countryside differs significantly from the approval process as promulgated by relevant laws.The approval
process of rural residential land should be based on the actual situations in rural China .The approval by county-level government over the use
of rural residential land should be primarily focused on the confirmation of the right .The institutional reform of it should follow the principle of
decision by village committees, approval by county-level government , planning by provincial government , and strengthening the supervision
system and enhancing publicity efforts. |
