| The article analyzes the necessity of social insurance in the process of people resettlement in the countryside .Based on the family
production theory , it testifies that it is necessary to take households as the recipient unit in disbursing social insurance .Identification of rural
social insurance recipients is an important, also highly operational, work.The article discusses methods of identifying insurance recipients
based on actual cases , bringing out some problems calling for special attention in rural social insurance .The paper especially emphasizes that
management of source , security and convenience of funds for relocated people in the countryside should be strengthened . |
