| The safety of rural society and the social protection of the vulnerable groups have been depending on traditional families, rural communities
and some relative rules .However , on the stage of social reformation in China , the traditional rural security is bogged down .The absence
of rural social security system has seriously affected the development and security of rural society .Our society should pay more attention
to the rural “ social security” problem.Therefore , it is necessary to construct the safety net of rural society based on the basic social security
system in the process of “ new countryside building” for the development of a harmonious society . |
