认为在沿海地区城郊农村的发展中具有代表性, 命名为城阳模式。在详细分析其成因和典型特点基础上, 指出在
未来发展中应采取措施打破当地农户兼业的状态, 促使农户彻底分化, 实现农村向城镇的顺利转变。 |

| Taking Chengyang village and Dongcun village as an example , the paper analyzes their process of non-agriculturalization and urbanization
from the angle of household differentiation, considering their representative in the development of suburb village in littoral province , and
naming it Chengyang model .Then the paper analyzes its cause of formation and its typical characteristic.At last , the paper points out that
countermeasures should be taken to break out the household concurrent business condition and urge household to divide thoroughly , carrying out
the transformation from village to town smoothly . |
