| Farmersrights often be violated in the process of rural development, mo re and more people begin to pay their attention to
it .The government make g reat effor ts to change it , and the situation of the farmers improve a lot , but some problems still exist .The
paper will review and discuss this issue at four aspects:farmerspo litical rights, property rights, equity betw een rural and urban area ,
rights to transfer and employment . |
