| 自1988 年国务院正式批准中关村建立第一个国家级高新技术开发区开始, 北京就着手启动其高新技
术产业政策体系的建设工作。由于其独特的资源条件, 北京高新技术产业政策体系的建设紧紧围绕中关村科技园
区建设、科技资源优势转化等战略目标, 表现出明显的区域特点。经过10 多年的努力和完善, 北京高新技术政策
体系已基本形成, 但依然存在着科技资源转化效率低下等问题, 需要进一步优化和调整。 |

| Beijing star ted its desig n of policies g overning the high-tech industry ever since the State gave its approval fo r Zhongguancun
to be the first state-level hig h-tech development zone .Beijing' s hig h-tech industry policies closely follow the strategies of Zhongguancun
high-tech park construction , utilization of S &T resources advantages, etc.I t takes on obvious lo cal features.After over a
decade of effor ts and improvement , Beijing' s hi-tech policies have in their basic shape, but they still call for further adjustment and
improvement to overcome problems like inefficient resources utilization , etc . |
