| 文章利用山西省农户调查的微观数据, 建立了农户工资决定函数、收入决定函数, 并通过多元回归理
论, 分别考察了人力资本、农户户主个人属性、家庭属性、村庄属性对农户工资和收入的影响。结果显示, 人力资本
对劳动力工资及收入决定有非常重要的作用。农户收入的多少和结构取决于家庭拥有资源的数量和这些资源的
质量。农户的工资和收入与当地工业化程度正相关。劳动力会根据自己的人力资本存量在不同的行业和地点间
进行配置, 从而达到自身效用或效益的最大化。 |

| In this ar ticle , a model is set up , based on the micro-data of rural households of Shanxi province, consisting of function of
w age , functio n of income and using multi- reg ression analy sis, to identify the impact of human capital, a ttributes of being a rural
household owner , attributes of household and attributes of villages upo n the wage and income of rural households .The results show
that human capital play s an impor tant role in the w age and income of rural households.The amount and structure of wage and income
are determined by the quantity and quality of the resources the rural households ow n.Their income is directly related to the development
of industries in their localities.The labo rers can allocate , based on their human resources inventory , among different sectors and
locations to maximize their effect and benefits . |
