运用范式研究基层行政体制的特征是当前研究该课题的重要工具之一。我们也力图沿着这种研究路径构建一种新的传统基层行政体制范式。在研究过程中, 我们运用数学中简单图形——— 圆, 描述了传统基层行政体制的特征。即:以皇权为圆心, 以士绅统治为半径, 划出“ 熟人社会”的自治之圆, 便是这种模式的全貌。因此, 这种概貌性的描写, 使得传统基层行政体制能够以一种全新的方式构建起来。

英文摘要:

Paradigm analyze is one of the impor tant tools to study traditional g rass-root administration system' s characteristic and the paper tries to co nstruct a new paradigm-Circle to describe the characteristic o f grass-root administration system .It is:the imperial power as the center , the country esquires rule as radius, constructing a autonomous circle of “Acquaintance-society” .By such kind of description , the traditio nal g rass-root administra tio n sy stem can be constructed under a totally new mode .
