| 知识的溢出是当今国内外研究的热点问题。文章研究了知识中的一种类型标准知识在企业中的溢出
问题。以分布在东北、华东、西南和华北地区所涉及的机械行业、电力行业、化工冶金行业、贸易行业、服务行业、高
科技行业、电信行业的企业调查为基础, 研究了技术标准在企业的扩散与溢出。研究发现, 标准知识在企业间的扩
散及其溢出的主要动因是经济、人力资源、企业标准研发、企业标准化管理、学习活动等。该研究有助于我们认识
到企业技术创新扩散的形式、溢出作用、扩散与聚集的空间运动形式多方面的特征。 |

| The spillover of knowledge is one of the focus topic domestic and aboard , and the spillover of standard know ledge among
enterprises is problem in this article' s research .Based on the investig ation of enterprises all over the country from several kinds of industry
including machine , power , tr ade, service, hig h-tech etc ., the author analy zes the behavior of enter prises on diffusio n and
spillover of standard know ledge .The study shows that the primary propellant of this kind of behavior is economic consideration , human
resource , R&D and management of standard, study activity , etc .This research can be helpful o n realizing the fea tures of the
function and movement of innov atio n diffusion and knowledge |
