| Migrant rural w orkers are the weaker group of people in the socie ty .From whatever theory , social security system should
cover this g roup.Unfor tunately , the fact is the co ntrast.What' s the cause of it ? This ar ticle attempts to find out the fundamental
reasons barring mig rant rural workers from social security system from the perspectives of system design , conception o f social security
and erroneous understanding of human capital. |
