行土地征收制度由于理念和制度设计本身的原因导致在运行过程中有许多不尽如人意之处, 文章着重分析这些缺
陷与成因, 以期对改革与完善我国土地征收制度起到对症下药之效。 |

| The desig n of land ex propriation sy stem directly affects its implementation , and the effect of the system implementation directly
affects the benefits of land ow ners.Land expropriation system is supposed to represent the balance between state power and civil
rights, which is playing an impor tant role in constructing a harmonious socialist society .Due to problems in conception and sy stem designs
in the existing land expropriation in our country , there are a number of deficiencies in the implementation of it .This article
makes analysis of these deficiencies and the cause of them , in ho pe of providing solutio ns in refo rming and improving the land expropriation
system in our country . |
