| 文章对我国农业扶持政策的现状和存在问题进行全面剖析, 通过研究得出:政府对农业扶持力度在加
大的同时也存在不合理方面, 如关税设置不合理, “绿箱” 支持结构严重扭曲, 支农效率低下等。在WTO 框架下, 在
借鉴发达国家农业扶持政策的基础上, 为提高我国农产品竞争力和增加农民收入, 提出建立完善的我国农业扶持
政策的具体对策。 |

| The paper makes a thoroug h analysis of the the current ag riculture suppo rt policies as well as the problems there , concluding
that along with the strengthening of government suppor t to ag riculture , some irrational sides , like tariff setup, distorted suppo rt
structure of “g reen box” , low efficiency in support , etc ., exist .Drawing on developed countries' ex perience in supporting agricultural
business, w e should improve the competitiveness of our agricultural products and farmers' income by improving our ag ricultural
support policies within the WTO framewo rk. |
