| 1978 年以后中国农村金融逐步深化, 但是到了1990 年代中期以后, 农村金融深化出现减缓甚至部分逆
转现象。通过对中国农村正规金融局部性浅化的实证分析, 文章指出造成正规金融局部性浅化的原因是市场失
灵, 而不是政府金融抑制, 认为在加强监管的条件下, 放开部分非正规金融, 促进正规金融与非正规金融的联合是
遏制农村正规金融局部性浅化的有效途径。 |

| Finances go t deepened in rural China since 1978, but after the mid 90' s, the financial deepening process in rural China
slowed down or even turned back .This article points out , based on case study analy sis, that the cause o f it is market malfunctioning
rather than financial checking by the government .The author maintains that an effective w ay is to open up certain formal finances
and promote the alliance between formal finances and informal finances under the co ndition of streng thening financial supervision. |
