| 文章采用西方区域经济研究中应用广泛的位移-份额分析法, 探讨了我国粮食主产区、主产省在1992
～ 1995、1996 ～ 1999 和2000 ～ 2002 三个不同时期的农业结构变动和区位优势对农业增长的影响。结果表明:粮食
主产区、主产省的总位移特征总是与其差异位移保持高度一致, 而反映农业产业结构效应的均衡位移则在不同时
期表现不同。发挥区域比较优势是推动粮食主产区农业经济增长的关键, 但农业结构调整优化与区位优势的充分
发挥配套将更好地促进我国粮食主产区的农业增长保持或超过全国农业平均增长水平, 确保国家的粮食安全。 |

| In this ar ticle , shift-share analysis, as a descriptive technique , w hich has been widely used in regional development studies
in w ester n developed countries , is adopted to examine the contribution of the change of ag riculture structure and regional advantag es
to the grow th of agriculture in major grain grow ing areas o f China betw een 1992 ～ 1995, 1996 ～ 1999 and 2000 ～ 2002 .The result
indica tes that total shift in both main grain growing reg ional level and pro vincial level complies with the respective differential shifts,
w hile proportionality shift varies w ith different periods.However , how to fully use regional comparative advantages in the process of
ag ricultural production is the key to further promote the g rowth of agricultural economy .That the reasonable adjustment of ag riculture
matches the full display of geographical superio rity will be more conducive to the grow th o f agriculture in majo r g rain growing
area of China and ensure grain safety . |
