实证研究表明, 信贷资金对农户投资有着重要的作用。然而, 农村长期的金融抑制使得农户投资缺乏金融支持。为了加强对农户投资的金融支持, 应加快农村信用社改革的步伐、放松对非正规金融的管制、大力发展小额信贷以及充分发挥政策性金融的职能。

英文摘要:

The empirical research demonstrates that credit capital is impo rtant to the investment of rural households.But the investment of rural household does not get enoug h financial suppor t because of lo ng-term financial depression in rural areas .In order to enhance financial suppo rt to the investment of rural households, the refo rm of RCCs should be speeded up;informal finance should no t be strictly controlled;micro-finance should be extensively developed , and policy-o riea ted finance should play a greater role
