| The paper first clarifies the definition of the trusting party and the trusted party , pointing out the two-w ay entrusting relatio
nship between private business ow ners (PBO)and manag ers.Bo th par ties are of mutually beneficial cooperation relationship based
o n the operatio n resources.The paper establishes the expected efficiency decision-making model based o n the two-way entrusting betw
een PBO and managers , maintaining that mutual incentive and binding mechanism should be established. |
